Shipping Policy

We provide Flat rate shipping. The delivery time is the amount of time it takes for the package to be delivered following the shipping date. 

Delivery Times within the Continental USA

  • Standard ($9.99): 4-8 Business Days

  • Expedited ($19.99): 2-3 Business Days

Delivery Times for Alaska and Hawaii

  • Standard ($19.95): 5-10 Business Days

Most orders will ship out of our warehouse within 1-3 days. While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs you will receive notification via email. If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.

Please note that you will NOT be billed until your order is ready to ship. If the item is still on backordered within 30 days of the order date, a cancellation will be processed automatically and you will receive a notification via email. Some orders may be cancelled, due to discontinued production of a product by the manufacturer.


Lost or Damaged Packages
Although we try our best to insure the safe arrival of your package,  we have no control over the carrier shipping it. is not liable for packages damaged or lost in transit, however, all our shipments are insured with the mail carrier. Should the package be lost or arrive to you damaged, an insurance claim will be sent to the mail carrier, and it will be up to the mail carrier to issue you the refund. We will ship to the address that you place on your order form and cannot be held responsible if you entered in an incorrect address.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving. All returns must be in like new condition and still in its original factory package. Customers are responsible for return shipping and cost. will not be held liable if your return shipment gets lost during mailing. This is the responsibility of the mail courier. All returns will be credited on receipt once approved.
